Desh
Heard in Wexford
Extremely nice. Most likely comes from the gaelic for nice: deas. Nowadays it has been replaced in many areas by the word deadly, however, it is acceptable to combine the two words together as in "das deadly desh."
That rissole from Burger Mac's was quare tasty. In fact, it was desh!
That deep-fried savoury morsel from the establishment was delightfully toothsome, and quite splendid indeed.
