A caustic remark from a man to a woman who has just declined his invitation to dance.
Him: "Are ye dancin'?" She: "No, it's just the way I'm standin'!" Him: "C'man, will ya?!" Her: "Feck off!" Him: "Jaysus, did ye bring yer knittin'" Her: "I did yeah, I'm knittin you a new face!"
Him: Are you dancing? She: No, it is merely the manner in which I am standing! Him: Oh, come along, will you?! Her: Kindly take yourself off! Him: Good heavens, did you bring your knitting? Her: I did indeed, I am knitting you an entirely new face!
