Childish term for mammary glands / breasts. Can refer to man boobs (moobs) also.
He's so unlucky if he fell into a barrel of diddies he'd resurface sucking his own thumb.
The gentleman is so calamitously unfortunate that, were he to tumble into a barrel of bosoms, he would surface again sucking his own thumb.
