Wheeze
Heard in Longford
To talk with someone, often in a joking or slagging manner. Can be used in conjunction with other words such as "clem" and "choice." E.g. "What's the clem wheeze?" meaning "What's the story?" and "Wheeze choice," meaning, "Keep this information to yourself" or say nothing.
Mickey: "What's de clem wheeze, how'd de interview go?" Mackey: "Jayz boy, I'm sweatin' after it, t'was so scab!"
