Rissoles
Heard in Wexford
Potato cakes mixed with indigenous herbs and spices, battered or bread-crumbed and deep-fried before serving with a large chip (potato fries). Called a spice burger elsewhere.
Don't forget ta puh loadsa salt 'n' vinegar on me Rissoles hun!!!
Do make sure to apply a generous quantity of salt and vinegar to my potato cakes, darling.
